weight vest
I haven't seen these commercially available since my high school days
and I think they'll be very popular. This is a weight vest, you wear it
while running, walking, or whatever
else you want to do.
The vest is padded with foam, fully adjustable with velcro straps and
has a wide shoulder strap to reduce irritation. The vest takes small
plate weights that are available in any major sport or big-box store.
using 5 pound weights you can get 40 pounds into the heavily stitched
pouches which are 5"x5". Shown below are two 2.5 pound weights.

Leather lifting straps
These are designed to go around your
wrist and then wrap around the bar for more secure lifting. Very strong
but soft natural colour leather.
